ADVANCED MINDSET WEEKEND

DESCRIPTION:
This weekend is an ADVANCED training course for ACTORS and ARTISTS who wish to seek to avoid burnout and gain REAL tools to "up-level" their performance. Over the course of the THREE DAY weekend, we will offer cohesive preparation techniques which help actors FEEL when they are prepared enough to THRIVE and COLLABORATE authentically in high pressure situations including auditions rooms and on stage/set.

In an era where there is an abundance of opportunity (TV, Film, live Theatre) and things are being produced which require a quick turnaround...whether that means working AFTER our day jobs or creating multiple self tapes, we sometimes cultivate habits which set us up for BURNOUT rather than sustained CAREER SUCCESS.
