SAT with Clarke

This is a "dance" class for any performer interested in expanding their physical toolkit! We are going to use image/feeling based prompts to generate movement in order to warm up our bodies, wake up our brains and explore the nooks and crannies of our physicality. Expand your kinesphere and your capacity as a physical performer! 

We will move for the full 60 mins of the class, but your foot is on the gas for how much juice you want to put into it. Wear comfortable clothes you can get sweaty in and be ready to be barefoot. 

9:30-10:30 on Sunday March 26th, April 2nd and April 9th (come before Brunch!). Space will be open 30 mins before so bring your coffee and warm up. PWYC at the door!
