re-RE-re-announcing “silent musical”, the course!
Silent Musical is an innovative course that blends the vulnerability of clowning, the audacious satire of bouffon, and the spontaneity of improv into a unique and exhilarating theatrical experience. In this course, students will explore the art of storytelling through group movement, expression, and the power of silence. Through a series of playful exercises and improvisational games, participants will learn to communicate narratives, emotions, and characters without uttering a single word. They will delve into the depths of physical comedy, discovering how to convey humor and drama through exaggerated gestures and expressive movements. By combining the best elements of clown, bouffon, and improv, this course offers a dynamic and transformative journey into the realm of silent performance, where imagination knows no bounds and creativity knows no limits. JUST Clarke (and partially Gorson) will be there too.
Silent Musical will be held on SUNDAYS Apr 6, Apr 13, Apr 20, Apr 27 and May 4 from 2:30-5:30
SLIDING SCALE
